glass bottle production process

The production of daily-use glass is that after the raw materials are proportioned, they are melted, fed, formed, thermal sprayed, annealed, and cold sprayed into our designed glass bottles. Only after inspection and packaging can the qualified products be transported to each user unit.

RAW MATERIAL

glass, the raw materials used are different, the melting process is different (such as quartz glass, crystalline glass melting temperature is much higher than soda-lime-silica glass) product physical and chemical properties are also very different. Daily bottle glass belongs to soda-lime-silica glass (including most of the salt water bottles produced now), that is, glass with basic components of SiO2, Na2O, CaO, MgO and Al2O3, and then the combination of all components is put into a furnace for melting.

MELTING, BATCHING

ingredients will be raw materials in accordance with the set proportion of mixing process. Huaxing batching operation adopts automatic batching operation. After the automatic batching system is automatically weighed, the batching material enters the conveyor belt, and the batching material and broken glass are put into the melting furnace, which is melted, homogenized and clarified at a high temperature above 1500 ℃ to make glass liquid that meets the requirements. This process is called glass melting.

CLOT

takes out the molten glass from the furnace, cuts it into "clumps" after uniform cooling, enters the material cup through the material guide pipe, and then accurately and quickly distributes it to each unit of the determinant bottle making machine in a certain order by the distributor, and enters the initial mold through the straight groove and the turning groove.

FORMING

of the clot is carried out on the determinant machine, the initial blank is formed by blowing and pressure blowing, and the appearance quality, verticality, ellipticity and size of the bottle are checked, and finally the exquisite and practical Huaxing glass container is shaped.
